12 ноября 2009В среду 11 ноября в Брюсселе состоялось внеочередное заседание Россия-НАТО на уровне послов. Центральным вопросом является выработка документа по стратегическом диалогу по анализу общих угроз. Об этом сообщил перед началом встречи корреспонденту «Росбалта» постпред РФ при Североатлатнтическом альянсе Дмитрий Рогозин. Вопреки тому, что сообщали некоторые российские СМИ, постоянный представитель России заявил, что подобного рода неформальные встречи традиционно имеют одну центральную тему, «один центральный вопрос, который и предполагается обсуждать». В данном случае, речь идет о «подготовке декабрьской министерской встречи Россия-НАТО», соответственно это налаживание стратегического диалога по анализу общих угроз. Подготовке соответствующего документа и будет посвящена предстоящая встреча. И, как отметил Дмитрий Рогозин, главная интрига нынешней встречи состоит в том, кому будет поручено выработка данного документа. Либо это будет лично генсек альянса и его секретариат, либо речь пойдет о некоей группе послов нескольких стран. От того, как будет происходить это обсуждение во много зависит, войдут ли в круг «общих угроз» только консенсусные вопросы или «такие вопросы, которые еще не вполне согласованы внутри Совета Россия-НАТО, такие как вопросы ракетной обороны, кибербезопасности». В то же время, это означает, что вопрос о передачи Грузии со стороны США вооружений, о чем накануне сообщили российские СМИ со ссылкой на источники в спецслужбах, главным на этой встрече не будет. Как отметил Дмитрий Рогозин, он «имеет право поднимать любые вопросы на данной встрече» и «обязательно озвучит и этот вопрос», но центральной темой остаются «общие угрозы». В целом, по мнению постпреда России при НАТО, отношения сегодня развиваются в позитивном ключе. «Под влиянием генсека» послы стран-членов Североатлантического альянса пытаются сосредоточится не на 20 темах, среди которых есть такие как права человека и еще целый ряд вопросов, предполагающих предельно широкие трактовки, а на «5-10 темах, таких как отношения Россия-ЕС, ОБСЕ и так далее», резюмировал Рогозин.
