16 декабря 2009В Москве не драматизируют наличие разногласий с НАТО, нацелены на решение остающихся вопросов и рассчитывают на встречное движение. Об этом заявил сегодня глава МИД России Сергей Лавров на переговорах с генеральным секретарем НАТО Андресом Фогом Расмуссеном. "Хотел бы отметить обоюдный интерес России и НАТО к нормализации наших отношений, выходу на новое качество Совета Россия-НАТО", - сказал министр. "Ценим личный вклад генерального секретаря НАТО в обеспечение министерского заседания СРН 4 декабря, - продолжил Лавров. - На нем были одобрены важные документы, в которых зафиксирована общность интересов сторон по вопросам, которые необходимо решать сообща".
"Настроены на практическую реализацию этих договоренностей", - добавил глава МИД РФ.
Лавров констатировал, что в отношениях Россия-НАТО "сохраняются вопросы, по которым наши позиции расходятся". "Мы не драматизируем эту ситуацию, но решать эти вопросы будем", - подчеркнул глава российской дипломатии. "Причем, хотим решать остающиеся вопросы системно, - пояснил он. - Для этого необходим один очень простой шаг - обеспечить выполнение принципов, на которых был создан Совет Россия-НАТО". "Надеюсь на встречное движение", - резюмировал министр.
В свою очередь Андрес Фог Расмуссен указал, что цель его визита в Москву - "подтвердить заинтересованность НАТО в построении истинного партнерства с Россией". "У нас могут быть расхождения в различных сферах, но смело могу сказать, что они не должны преобладать над общими интересами, которые у нас есть, - подчеркнул он. -Наша цель - успешно развивать практическое сотрудничество в тех направлениях, где перед нами стоят общие угрозы и вызовы". По мнению Расмуссена, "эта осень открыла новый этап в отношениях Россия-НАТО".
Расмуссен предложил России активно участвовать в операциях в Афганистане, а также оказать альянсу помощь, выделив ему вертолеты и топливо. Об этом генсек НАТО заявил в ходе переговоров с президентом Медведевым в Кремле, - сообщает РИА Новости. Как рассказал журналистам глава российского МИДа Сергей Лавров, президент Медведев уже поручил правительству рассмотреть предложение Расмуссена по расширению сотрудничества с альянсом и более активному участию России в операциях в Афганистане.
Между тем, постпред России в НАТО Дмитрий Рогозин отмечает, что альянс не хочет допускать Россию "во внутренние форматы обсуждения ситуации в Афганистане". "От нас хотят получить все, не предоставляя ясности в отношении политических и военных аспектов операции НАТО в Афганистане", - добавил Рогозин.
