About the Special Envoy of the President of the Russian Federation for the Interaction with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) in Missile Defence

 

With a view to ensuring efficient co-ordination of the activities carried out in accordance with the agreements achieved during the NATO-Russia Summit (19-20 November 2010, Lisbon) on the joint work in the sphere of developing a European missile defence system I   d e c r e e:

 

1. To appoint as Special Envoy of the President of the Russian Federation for the Interaction with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) in Missile Defence Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Dmitry Olegovich Rogozin.

2. This Executive Order is enacted upon signing.
